Practice Owner

Kayla Figueiredo

Kayla graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 2014. She started the practice in 2021.

​​

She developed a passion for pelvic health after the delivery of her daughter, Lucille. Her goal is to restore the quality of life of women during the antenatal, postnatal and pre-menopausal seasons of life and to enable them to thrive throughout their lives.

Physiotherapist

Gemma Young

Gemma joined the practice in January 2025 after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand. She has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and is passionate about helping individuals with pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy-related conditions, and postpartum recovery.

Yashika Singh

Yashika joined the practice in July 2023 and has been excellent in making all of our systems work efficiently.

 

She is a mom to a little girl and has a passion for administrative tasks.
